Great leaders think in terms of WIN / WIN. A win for the team, and a win for the organization or business. Helping the team win is a win for everyone. Find small challenges on purpose for individual team members to take on to experience wins.

The greater number of wins they each have either alone or corporately together as a team, the more willingness to take on bigger challenges as they arise.
