Build a Complementary TEAM

The job of a leader is to build a complementary team, where every strength is made effective, and each weakness is made irrelevant. — Stephen Covey

The ideal every leader should strive for is to have a complementary team. Each team member bringing their strengths to make the team better and compensating for one another’s weaknesses.

Discover your team’s strengths and help them figure out how to be successful using them. We have several tools for this. The one I like the best is called “Growth Impact” for TEAMS. Everyone has a thinking and task role and core value. Knowing these and how to use them effectively gives production a significant boost.
