— by observing and learning from successful people we can zoom up the learning curve and more easily achieve our goals.
If we have talent to duplicate behavior, it could be a key to launch us toward success. Keep in mind we need to infuse our own individuality, experiences, and dreams to shine though to allow ourselves to surpass the ones we model.
PUT IT INTO ACTION:
— Decide who it is that you want to model
— Be clear on what success means and what changes are needed to achieve it
— Understand the person’s inner mindset, motivation, and reasons by asking great questions…
— Before starting how did you plan for success?
— What do you do each time before you ___________ (perform, lead, etc.)
— What struggles did you experience on the journey?
— What is the most important thing you learned?
— What do you do that is different than others?
