Our body language is visible 100% of the time. Over 90%, the majority, of our communication is non-verbal. To be successful we must know how to win with people including all verbal and non-verbal communications.


First Impressions Are Everything

— Exude confidence and trustworthiness by always smiling, making eye contact and having a firm handshake.

— Carry an upright posture whether standing or sitting.

— Dress appropriately for all occasions.

— Deal with your bad habits; ask your closest friends for feedback.
